When I was 12 years old, I had my first role ever as First Soldier, with just three lines. I stepped on that stage, heart beating as if it would burst out of my chest, and felt so exhilarated that I jumped up and down when I got off stage…and broke a piece of the set.

I’ve grown up now (and have a teeeny bit more spatial awareness), but I still try to bring that sense of childlike joy to everything I do in my life.
